Welcome: Danita welcomed the members and guests, and the meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m.
Minutes: The minutes were presented.
  Motion: Approve minutes as presented.

Past President's Report: No report.
Vice President's Report:
—Catherine suggested creating a list of Senior Active and Honorary Members to be included in our data base. Our data base is in good shape and will be maintained by the Executive Director. The website data base needs to be updated.
—OLTA has received a request by a student in Des Moines, IA asking permission to purchase our Abstractor's Handbook so they may create a training course for abstractors through their college. The board suggested they purchase the book through the OLTA website.
Treasurer's Report: The Treasurer's report was presented.
— Mary Ann thanked the members of the board who made phone calls to members who had not yet paid their dues.
  Motion: Approve report as presented

General Counsel's Report: : Jerry suggested getting Duchess Bartmess involved if there is legislation to be decided on during the next meeting on April 24th.
Executive Director's Report:Sandy reported that 148 people registered for convention. Sandy and Trudy reported on the storage unit they will maintain for OLTA. The will be a short lag time on transitioning Pay Pal over from Jan Loftis.
Committee Reports:

→ Public Relations/Membership: No report.

→ Legislative Clayton is looking forward to working with Sandy and Trudy. He emphasized the importance of the PAC and thanked the board for their efforts in promoting it.

→ Research — No report.

President's Report:: Danita thanked the board for the past year and expressed her enjoyment in serving as President.
