Basic & Advanced Title Insurance School

November 10th is the date and Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City is the place for the 2004 OLTA Basic Title Insurance School. Mark your calendar and watch for the registration materials in the mail. The school will last a complete day and will cover such topics as:

  • Real estate ownership, rights & interest, methods of transferring
  • Legal descriptions
  • Title insurance terms, concepts & insurance policies
  • Oklahoma statutes & rules
  • Fiduciary responsibilities

In addition, leaders will conduct a half-day Advanced Title Insurance School that same day during the afternoon only.
