A Great Reason to Rush a Deal Through
Here's a true story for you. The other day in an abstract office, an abstract could not be located. So, the abstractor called the realtor to let her know that one would have to be built. The realtor asked if the abstractor could put a rush on it. The realtor said she was asking for the rush due to the buyers religious beliefs. Apparently, the buyers were newlyweds and, due to their religious beliefs, they could not consummate their marriage for a certain number of days after the wedding occurred. September 15th was "The Day" and they really wanted to be in their new home for the special event. Now, that's a great reason to rush a deal through!
