The first two hours include topics such as Judicial Mortgage Foreclosures: The Basics of a Foreclosure Action, Explanation of the Oklahoma Judicial Foreclosure Process, Deficiency Judgments and Corrective Measures and Deeds in Lieu of Foreclosures. The second half of the class includes topics such as Bankruptcy Basics: Emphasis on Transactions in Chapter 11, Ethically Avoiding Claims with Prudent Underwriting and Ethics of Escrow Closings.
