Effective immediately, please note that licensees who check out DVDs from the Oklahoma Land Title Association lending library MUST view the DVDs under the supervision of an approved instructor. Specifically, the following rule will be enforced by the Insurance Commissionerıs office:

Chapter 25, subchapter 3, 365:25-3-1, g.2:

"DVD courses. In order for an insurance agent to receive credit for viewing an approved course presented by DVD, the insurance agent must view the DVD under the supervision of an approved instructor and swear by affidavit that (s)he has viewed the DVD in its entirety. The affidavit must be submitted to the provider."
