Karen J. Burnette
President
Karen J. Burnette is Senior Vice President of Smith Brothers Abstract & Title Co. and President of sister company, FirsTitle and Abstract Services, Inc.  She attended Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond and has worked in the abstract and title industry for the past 25 years. A graduate of Leadership of Tulsa, Burnette is also active in several non-profit organizations in Tulsa and Broken Arrow.

Donna Schmulbach
President-Elect
Donna Schmulbach is Vice-President/Abstract Department Manager of First American Title & Trust Company located in El Reno.  She graduated from Cameron University in Lawton, OK and has worked in the abstract and title industry for the past 33 years in Lawton, Norman and El Reno.  She has served on many committees of the OLTA and was co-chairman of the 100th Year Anniversary History Book for the Association in 2007. She was also named as “Title Person of the Year” for 2002. She is married to G. Barry Schmulbach, who is a Past President of the Association.  She resides in Mustang, OK with her husband. 

Chaney Haynes
Past President
Chaney Haynes is President of American Guaranty Title Company located in Oklahoma City.  He has been in the business for the past 30 years.  Mr. Haynes attended El Reno Jr. College and the University of Oklahoma.  He is a member of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association and serves as Community Investment Chairman for the United Way of Canadian County.  

Charles Holleman
Vice President 
Holleman is President of Abstract & Guaranty Company of Lincoln County located in Chandler.  He graduated from Davenport High School in1987 and has worked in the abstract and title industry for the past 11 years.  He is single and enjoys traveling spending time with his family and friends.

Jackie Bullard
Secretary
Bullard is employed with Oklahoma Abstract and Title located in Stillwater. She attended Northeastern State University and has worked in the abstract and title industry for 9 years.

Charles Holleman
Treasurer (until 6/30/10) 
Holleman is President of Abstract & Guaranty Company of Lincoln County located in Chandler.  He graduated from Davenport High School in1987 and has worked in the abstract and title industry for the past 11 years.  He is single and enjoys traveling spending time with his family and friends.

Carol DiRienzo
Treasurer (begins 7/1/10)
Carol DiRienzo is Vice President of Guaranty Abstract Company located in Purcell. She attended the University of Oklahoma and has worked in the abstract and title industry for the past 28 years. She is married to Tony DiRienzo.

Owen Harper
Director
Harper is President of Southern Abstract Company located in Bartlesville.  He is a graduate of College-High School in Bartlesville and attended Northeastern State University. He has worked in the abstract and title industry for over 50 years, starting in grade school when he did janitorial work at his father’s company. When he’s not sailing and scuba diving in the Caribbean, Harper is active in the Bartlesville community as he has been for many years. He has served with the Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, Bartlesville Builders Association, American Legion, Bartlesville Association of Realtors, and the Bartlesville Noon Rotary Club.

Scott Luna
Director
Luna has business ties in both Texas and Oklahoma. He is the Managing Partner of Luna & Luna, LLP a Texas Law Firm that services three-fourth the State of Texas as a Closing Agent for U.S. Department of HUD.  In addition, Luna’s firm has document preparation units in multiple cities, serving multistate clients in document preparation needs. He is also Owner of Vinita Title Company, Vinita, OK and Co-Owner of Tahlequah Abstract & Title Co., Inc. and Cherokee Capitol Title & Abstract, LLC, both in Tahlequah, OK.

Luna graduated from Graduated Texas A & M University and then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa School of Law. His experience as a Real Estate Attorney spans over 19 years and in the past, he has served as an Appointed Attorney and Counselor by the Supreme Courts of Texas and Oklahoma.

Steve Raines
Director
Raines is President of American Security Title Insurance Company in Edmond.  He graduated for the University of Texas with a BA in Management and has been in the Abstract and Title business for 32 years.  Steve spent the majority of his career working with two national underwriters, before joining American Security in 2006.  He has served on numerous committees with the Texas Land Title Association and the Oklahoma Land Title Association. 

John Row
Director
John Row is the Office Manager for Claremore Abstract & Guaranty Company in Claremore, Oklahoma.  Row has worked in the abstract and title industry for the past 7 years. John is married to Tracy who is a two time past president of the OLTA. Together they have 4 children.  

Melissa Wilson
Director
Wilson is Vice President of Southwest Abstract & Title Company in Lawton, where she has worked for the past 25 years.  She and her husband, Dale, who is also with Southwest Abstract, have 3 daughters and a grandson.
